I believe in the beauty of words and art. I believe both art forms help empower people, embrace freedom of thought, and broaden perspectives. My commitment is to create timeless, high-quality toys and illustrations that inspire confidence while prioritizing imagination and individuality. Making the mundane something more.
Mother. Veteran. Artist.
I’m a stay-at-home mother of three and retired Air Force veteran based in Virginia. After 20 years in Logistics, I have opted to prioritize my children and leverage my ever-growing hobbies into a freelance business.
I want to illustrate children’s books, maybe dabble in designing book covers, and sell joy in the form of a crochet art called Amigurumi.
Eventually I want to market my own Amigurumi design patterns and usable macrame works and generate toys of yarn that are not just static but movable and evoke imagination in children.
I know this will be a challenging endeavor, but I am ready and willing to engage in the arts and hopefully along the way cement my own creative niche.
When I am not crocheting or drawing, you can find me chasing around my little heathens, my nose stuck in a book or dabbling in a new creative outlet. I love hiking and walking our Vizsla, Buddy, with my husband who is still Active Duty and ever patient with all my hobbies… and yarn accumulation.
